Home Golf Tech ("we," "us," or "our") operates homegolftech.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Email address. If you sign up for a build sheet, price alerts, or any other email through a form on this site, we collect the email address you provide. Where a form asks for additional context, such as your room dimensions, launch monitor preference, or which product you want price alerts on, we store that alongside your email so we can send you relevant content and tag your subscription accordingly.

Usage and technical data. Like most websites, this site runs behind Cloudflare, our hosting and content delivery provider, which automatically logs standard technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We may also use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages are popular or how visitors typically navigate the site. This is used in aggregate to improve the site and is not used to build an individual profile of you beyond what's described here.

We do not collect payment information. This site does not process purchases directly; links to retailers take you to their own sites, which have their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send the specific content you asked for, such as a build sheet or a price alert
• Tag and segment email subscribers so the content we send is relevant to what you asked for
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it

Email delivery and third-party processors

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and clicking it removes you from that mailing list immediately. If you signed up for more than one type of alert, for example a build sheet and a specific product's price alert, you may need to unsubscribe from each separately, since they're tracked as distinct subscriptions. If you'd like all of your data removed entirely rather than just unsubscribed, contact us at the address below and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

You can decline to enter your email anywhere on this site; doing so just means you won't receive the build sheet, price alerts, or any other emailed content. No signup is required to use the calculators or browse the gear price table.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
